The consultation is open from 30 June until 1 September 2026. We welcome your views on what we should consider in our final decision and anything else you would like to raise about Scottish Water’s business plan.
We will publish a summary of responses alongside our final decision.
After considering responses to the consultation, we will publish our final decision on 29 October 2026. This will take effect from 1 April 2027 and be reflected in customer bills.
If Scottish Water does not wish to accept our final decision, it may ask us to refer the decision to the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) for reconsideration.
