Today, WICS has published its draft Corporate Plan for 2027-33 and is inviting views from customers, stakeholders and anyone with an interest in Scotland's water sector.
The draft plan sets out how we'll work on behalf of current and future customers to make sure charges are fair, investment delivers real value and Scottish Water is held to account for its performance. It also explains how we will support a fair and effective retail market and work with others across the sector to improve outcomes for customers.
As Scotland's water sector prepares for significant investment over the coming years, it is important that our work reflects the issues that matter most to customers and stakeholders.
We are inviting feedback to help shape the final Corporate Plan, which will guide our work throughout the 2027-33 period.

“Our draft Corporate Plan sets out how we will protect the interests of current and future customers during that period. We want to hear from customers, communities, businesses and stakeholders so that our final plan reflects the priorities that matter most and helps ensure Scotland's water services continue to deliver value now and for the future."
The consultation is open until 5pm on 13 October 2026.
